With over ten years of experience in Security and Investigations, in almost every environment and facet of the industry, Lorenzo has developed the skills and expertise necessary to ensure the successful Operations of Guardcorps Security and Investigations Services, LLC. By drawing from experience working with large security companies, law enforcement, and municipal personnel, as well as utilizing key innovations in the industry, Lorenzo has developed a winning formula for consistent service at the drop of a hat.
In past roles, Lorenzo has developed a portfolio of robust services, including Fire Prevention and Safety, Surveillance, Risk Management Consultation, Employee Training and Education, and 24/7 Officer Dispatch. By utilizing these offerings, Lorenzo has made measurable changes in the size of each organization he has worked with. Moreover, Lorenzo has introduced newer, more efficient recruitment, training, and sales systems, leading to the successful servicing of over 120 contracts across the State of Connecticut.
A graduate of Central Connecticut State University, Lorenzo has a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a Minor in Criminal Justice. Currently, he is completing coursework for a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut School of Business. Past Organizations that Lorenzo has worked for include but are not limited to: The United States Mission to the United Nations Security Council, Raytheon, Westover Private School, and The Cigna Group. A proud member of his community, Lorenzo does his best to cultivate relationships with local organizations and continue his active lifestyle through health and exercise during his time away from work.
Austin is a seasoned professional in the security industry with many years of extensive experience. His deep understanding of security systems and technologies has made him a trusted expert in the field, where he has excelled in various roles ranging from system installation to physical security management and risk assessment.
Austin holds multiple licenses in Electrical and Electronics Design and Engineering, which equips him with a solid technical foundation. This expertise allows him to design and implement sophisticated security solutions tailored to meet the needs of each client. His commitment to excellence ensures that he stays current with the latest advancements in technology and security practices, providing clients with innovative solutions.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Austin has a passion for photography. He enjoys capturing the beauty of the world around him, whether through landscape photography or candid shots of everyday life. This artistic pursuit not only complements his technical skills but also allows him to express his creativity and attention to detail.
